Right here, on this page. It is replaced with a fresh one every month, so open the page before you order rather than reusing an old code from your notes.

Is the first month really free?

Yes. The member price is yours from day one, and nothing leaves your card for a month. If it is not for you, cancel inside that month and you pay nothing.

The code is not applying. What now?

Write to support@incendiofirewand.com and we will sort it out the same working day. Do not place the order at full price in the meantime — we would only have to refund the difference.

Why does the code change every month?

It is reissued every month. That is what keeps the member price with active members and out of the hands of everyone else.

Does membership change shipping or returns?

No. Free worldwide shipping on every order and the 10-day return window apply to everyone, member or not. Membership changes one thing only: the price you pay.

When am I charged?

Private Circle opens with a free first month — nothing is charged when you join. The first payment of $39.99 is taken one month after you join, from the card you used at the time, and it repeats once a month after that until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Whenever you like, with no fee — use the button below, or email support@incendiofirewand.com. Cancel during the free first month and you are charged nothing at all. After that, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next payment.
