Subscription Terms

A number of items and services sold by Incendio Fire Wand can be purchased on a recurring basis instead of as a one-time order. The section below sets out how those recurring plans are billed and how you end one.

What a subscription includes

Selecting the subscription option at checkout signs you up for repeat deliveries of the product concerned, or for continued access to the service concerned, on a monthly cycle.

Billing

The payment method you supply when you enrol is stored securely and charged automatically at the start of each monthly period, on the terms shown for that particular plan.

Where a plan opens with a free trial month, nothing is charged at enrolment. The first payment falls due one month after you join, and the plan then renews once a month until you cancel.

Private Circle membership

Private Circle runs on the same monthly basis and begins with a free one-month trial. Nothing is charged when you join. The first payment of $39.99 is taken one month after enrolment, from the card you supplied at that point, and the membership renews once a month at the same price until you cancel. Cancel at any time during the free first month and you are charged nothing. Full terms sit in section 15 of our Terms of Service.

Changing or ending a plan

• You may cancel or amend a subscription at any point, with no cancellation fee.
• Use the subscription management link on our website, or write to support@incendiofirewand.com.
• If a billing cycle has already been charged when your request reaches us, the change takes effect from the following cycle onward.

Refunds

Refunds and returns connected with subscription items are handled under our Return Policy. Our support team can walk you through it if anything is unclear.
